Boots and Starz is a women's community where line dancing is the vehicle. Think structured classes in a real dance studio, a crew of women who hype each other up, and six weeks where you actually learn something new. You'll walk in nervous. You'll leave with friends and moves you'll bust out at every wedding for the rest of your life.

Never line danced before? Perfect. This class starts from absolute zero. You'll learn foundational steps, rhythm, and your first full dances — all in a supportive, high-energy room full of women just like you.

This class is for you if you've never done this before and want to try something new with zero pressure.

You've got the basics and you're ready for more. This class picks up the pace with more complex choreography, sharper technique, and dances that'll make you feel like a pro. Led by Kristin McCauley.

This class is for you if you've completed a beginner session (or have equivalent experience) and want to level up.

$90 / 6 weeks

We've Got Answers

Absolutely not. Half the women in beginner class say the exact same thing on day one — and by week three they're nailing full routines. We break everything down step by step, repeat until it clicks, and nobody is judging you. Honestly, the "mistakes" are where the best laughs happen. You'll fit right in.
Wear whatever you can move comfortably in — jeans, leggings, whatever feels good. Boots are fun but not required. Any closed-toe shoe with a smooth sole works great. Avoid super-grippy sneakers (they'll stick to the floor and trip you up). Most women start in whatever they've got and upgrade to boots once they're hooked.
Life happens — we get it. Missing a week won't derail you. We do a quick review at the start of each class, and the other women are always happy to help you catch up. Just jump back in the following week. The structured format means each class builds on the last, but we make sure nobody gets left behind.
Please do! Half our sign-ups come from women who dragged a friend along. Have her fill out the form too so she gets the welcome info. That said, plenty of women come solo and leave with a whole new friend group — so don't let a busy friend stop you from signing up.
Sessions do fill up — submit the form and we'll let you know your status right away. If the current session is full, we'll put you first on the list for the next one and make sure you don't miss the opening. New sessions launch regularly.
